The distinctive feature of this building, which gives a sense of prestige and extravagance and is the brainchild of the award-winning Demšar arhitekti architectural bureau, are the cube elements – aluminium frames for window or door openings. The cube elements and the Schüco aluminium windows were powder-coated in our paint shop before installation. Large aluminium-framed windows with triple glazing ensure a soundproof living environment, while safety is ensured with an additional glass fence on all windows. The building is adorned with aesthetically pleasing external screen shades. Closed screen shades are completely invisible and do not reduce the field of vision. We also installed an external sheet metal fence at the ground floor level.
